Fishbone's Rhythm Kitchen Cafe Restaurant Review: Tabasco is just one of a bevy of hot sauces that cluster on every table at this N'Awlins-style eatery. The raucous atmosphere, crowded bar and Bayou setting are pure Crescent City, and the menu strives to replicate an authentic Cajun restaurant at its best. You can't go wrong with fried crawfish tails and a shrimp po' boy or the whiskey-sauced barbecue ribs. Jambalaya also is a good choice; ditto the crispy, tender fried catfish. The Sunday jazz brunch is almost as festive as a Mardi Gras celebration.
