Frank Fat's Restaurant Review: For more than seven decades, Frank Fat's has drawn the city's movers and shakers with its upscale cuisine and refined setting. The Fat's empire continues to expand, but the original location remains popular for power lunches and celebration dinners. The menu features a selection of dishes from each of the four main Chinese cuisines: Cantonese, Szechwan, Peking and Shanghai. Appetizers include Mandarin duck with plum sauce, wok-fried spareribs and Canton prawns, while mains include mango ginger chicken, brandy-marinated flank steak and whole clams in black bean sauce. Or, bring in your own wild duck, goose, pheasant or other game in advance and the kitchen will marinate it in Frank Fat’s own special sauce and serve it up.
