Frankly is the brainchild of Kevin Ouzts and his wife and business partner Megan, who launched the enterprise in Krog Street Market, adjacent to The Spotted Trotter's meat counter. Expect attention to detail: ketchup and dark mustard are Sir Kensington's brand; chili, relish and special sauce all are made in-house; buns are from H & F Bakery. Sides include sauerkraut and slaw. A chorizo alternative is on the menu, and none of the offerings breaks ten bucks. Grab a seat in the food court, and slip to the other side to Hop City for a draft to go with your selection.
