Full Moon Bar-B-Que Restaurant Review: Barbecue eateries may be common in the South, but the best have sauce and sides that set them apart. At Full Moon, the zing in the sauce and the crunchy, tangy chow-chow enhance the experience, whether you’re devouring the pork or the poultry. For sides, we like the coleslaw, which is dressed in vinaigrette, and the collard greens or mac ‘n’ cheese. Try the fried green tomatoes, best when eaten hot. Desserts are made in house and include the half-moon cookies. Munch on one or buy a six-pack. We also suggest the carrot cake, studded with nuts and frosted with cream cheese icing. A limited beer selection is available. |
