| The sauce at Full Moon is just right: not too spicy, not too sweet. Add a scoop of tangy chow chow and the barbecue chicken plate is a treat. Or try Full Moon's rib sandwich, available in three sizes, from one to three ribs. The one-bone makes a great snack, but heartier appetites could go for the four-bone rib plate with a pair of sides. Smoked pork, turkey and brisket (from Black Angus) are options to consider. Collard greens and mac 'n' cheese would make good accompaniments. Dessert should be required, especially the chocolate chip cookies half dipped in chocolate. All desserts are made in-house, including the carrot cake and the pies. Beer is available. |
