THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Fusion One 11 Restaurant Review: The owners opened this pleasant little place as a martini and small plates spot, but after a year found that customers liked the tastes but wanted a traditional full-size entrée as a center to their meals. They adjusted their menu accordingly. The full-flavored combinations remain, and lovers of small plates can dine happily on such dishes as the crab, avocado and smoked Gouda enchilada with black bean and roasted corn relish or the almond-crusted prawns with gingered carrots and a pineapple soy glaze. Among the entrées are Mongolian barbecued lamb chops over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with Chinese-style mustard sauce, and roast breast of duckling. The martinis remain. And you can go back to childhood by making your own s'mores for dessert.
