Garden Court Restaurant Restaurant Review: Many Sydney locals have fond memories of dining here in the days when it was part of the Sheraton Wentworth. It’s now under the banner of the luxury hotel chain Sofitel. French-born chef Boris Cuzon and his staff work to create a marriage of French technique with prime Australian produce. Menu items have included Atlantic scallops with saffron emulsion, lamb shank bourguignon, and a range of steaks. Of course, the wine list nods graciously to both northern and southern hemisphere wines.
