Georgie Restaurant Review:
Georgie was originally a joint project from Australian chef Curtis Stone and his brother, Luke, together with Dallas restaurateurs Stephan and Daniele Courseau. However, the Stone brothers are no longer involved. There is a butcher shop in addition to the restaurant serving dishes such as Wagyu rib-eye, butter poached sturgeon and roasted chicken.
