THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Golden Swan Restaurant Review: This lovely restaurant, looking out on a lush lagoon (complete with koi pond and gazebo), has always been a favorite with locals and tourists alike. Now that chef de cuisine William Bradley has taken over the reins, the menu has moved away from Southwestern cuisine to embrace the eclecticism of contemporary American cooking. The menu changes frequently but might include foie gras with cherries, lardons and port wine syrup or loup de mer with chanterelles, savoy cabbage and sauce Perigueux. Sunday brunch begins in the kitchen, where diners wander through various stations, choosing among cold salads, sushi, caviar, hot entrées and breakfast dishes. Just outside the restaurant in the lounge area of this beautiful resort, one can enjoy the sounds of music or stroll outside in the gorgeous gardens. Desserts are just as lovely on this exciting menu.
