Grecian Gyro Restaurant Review: Born in Greece, Nick Koulouris opened his first Grecian Gyro in Hapeville in 1982. Today, there are five locations. Son Pano operates this outpost, which is decorated in the Greek national colors --- blue and white --- with references to the Greek flag here and there. The menu is traditional. We like the wrap with loukaniko (sausage), and while the gyro plate, a beef and lamb combo, is popular, we found it lacking in flavor. Plates come with the now-famous Greek potatoes with tzatziki sauce and Greek salad, themselves worthy of complete-meal status. Baklava and chocolate chip cookies are the desserts. No alcohol. Drive-thru is offered.
