Green Mill Restaurant Review: The deep-dish pie is an infamous chewy, cheesy delight. You can also get the crust thin and pescara (our fave---a medium crust number spiced with herbs). Or, try one of the specialty pizzas like the il primo, which comes loaded with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, roasted mushrooms and four cheeses The menu includes steaks, fish, pasta, sandwiches and burgers. Avoid the overly fried appetizers like the mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings and chicken wings of all stripes, and be cautious when ordering from the grill.
