THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Greenbriar Chophouse Restaurant Review: With Houston's stampede of steakhouses, you would hardly think we need one more, but every time we try a new one, we love it. This is no exception. From a modest dining room located in a somewhat unsightly strip center, the Greenbriar serves dry-aged prime beef. But its process goes further than just waiting 30 days. Afterwards, the beef is sealed in a bag with a marinade of spices resulting in a juicier cut soaked in seasonings. All steaks are served with five, count 'em, five sauces on the side. We can't possibly decide on a favorite.
