Add a state-of-the-art kitchen and an antique grist mill and you have one of Connecticut's favorite dining spots. Sautéed escargots and roasted duck breast share menu space with more traditional offerings, including filet mignon and pasta dishes. For the budget-minded, there are daily sunset lunch and dinner dining specials. Save room for one of the ever-changing house-made desserts, including crème brûlée, chocolate ganache cake, bread pudding and fruit crêpes.
