Guardian Peak Restaurant Restaurant Review: The restaurant at Guardian Peak Winery offers views of Helderberg Mountain from its deck or through the wall of windows in the dining room. The menu is designed for guests to pair dishes to their chosen wine, rather than the other way around as in most restaurants. Diners might select duck leg confit with crispy potatoes, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and red wine to complement the Guardian Peak Frontier Cabernet Sauvignon.
