Do you come here to eat ribs or to listen to jamming musicians? That would depend on the time of day, of course, for this place hops, stomps, and jives till the very wee hours. But before then, order up from the kitchen a half rack of ribs with sides and some of that hot sauce, with a preamble of super-hot Buffalo wings, crispy and greaseless. These are deep-fried in very hot oil, so that the skin crackles while the meat remains tender and moist. The menu is limited to barbecue faves such as hickory-smoked sliced beef, pulled pork, and Texas-style hot link smoked sausages, and of course, the ribs. Dessert choices are even more limited, and include only pecan or sweet potato pie. But, hey, you come here for ribs and for music, so why complain?
