Hanna's Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review: Rancho Santa Margarita restaurateur David Hanna opened this lunch and dinner spot to meet the area’s need for more fine dining establishments. Located in the heart of RSM across from City Hall, Hanna’s attracts local power players, as well as denizens who come here for dinner after a long commute. Hanna and executive chef Sean Reynolds have created a menu that is rooted in classic steakhouse motifs, but allows enough wiggle room for international flair. These touches are especially prevalent in the first course, where guests can indulge in items like Mediterranean-style deviled eggs or braised short rib tacos. Entrées are all a little more traditional, with seafood, chops and a selection of eight different cuts of steak. A small seasonal dessert menu and a surprisingly sizeable wine list round out the dining experience.
