Hanna's Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review: Rancho Santa Margarita restaurateur David Hanna opened this lunch and dinner spot to meet the area’s need for more fine dining establishments. Located in the heart of RSM across from the city hall, Hanna’s attracts local power players as well as denizens who come here for dinner after a long commute. Hanna and executive chef Sean Reynolds have created a menu that is rooted in classic steakhouse motifs, but allows for enough wiggle room for some international flair. These touches are especially prevalent at the first course, where guests can indulge in items like lobster spring rolls, Mediterranean style deviled eggs, or braised short rib tacos. Entrées are all a little more traditional, with seafood, chops, and a selection of seven different cuts of steak. A small seasonal dessert menu and a surprisingly sizeable wine list round out the dining experience.
