 Haru Restaurant Review: Grab a seat at the sushi bar and indulge in everything from sashimi, carpaccio, ceviche, tartare and, of course, sushi. Located on the street level below the Shops at the Prudential Center, Haru offers a nice break from the traditional chain restaurants upstairs. Inside the modern restaurant, there is a beautiful Japanese garden set amidst a wooden footbridge with bamboo floors that bespeak serenity. You will find rolls like the Kiss of Fire, which is comprised of white tuna, salmon, chopped jalapeño and wasabi tobiko, and the Boston unCommon and Dice-K rolls that are good paired up with a Komodo dragon cocktail. While the price for a specialty roll can set you back nearly $20, the tab seems to cover the cost of both the chef’s creativity and trendiness of the overall restaurant. |
