The charming Madame Saito, self-proclaimed Queen of Sushi, pioneered Japanese cuisine in Old City and continues to expand and change with the marketplace. She renovated her Society Hill townhouses to include The HeadHouse, a craft beer venue that still serves sushi, along with burgers, escargots and chicken tacos. Madame Saito also offers Vietnamese and Thai dishes making this one of the most eclectic menus in town. Madame Saito offers cooking and sushi classes if you book in advance.
