| Hillstone offers a comfortable ambience but doesn’t lack class or panache. The local celebrities make their appearance yet tennis moms in togs, smart businessmen and attractive singles circulate. Regulars won’t hesitate to wait for their favorite tables as they nosh on the spinach dip and sip on generous cocktails. Relaxing booths and endless iced tea keep patrons parked long after finishing their Hillstone burger topped with cheddar, tomato, onion and lettuce or Thai steak and noodle salad stocked with avocado and mango and tender marinated filet.
