This quiet retreat hides out in a nondescript strip mall. Tuna tataki, succulent seared strips of rare tuna drenched in ginger, garlic and ponzu, is the hands-down champion here. Mesmerizing sweet sashimi and clever hand-rolls are a meal. The main courses pale in comparison to the imperatively and unusually fresh sushi. The place is big and tables are abundant.
