This beautiful lounge, replete with shimmering green tiles, luscious banquettes and a waterfall along one wall, is a draw for the sleek and beautiful of Hayes Valley. The three levels are split into a small upstairs nook, a small main floor bar and a basement level space that houses the pool into which the waterfall flows. Tasty Asian-style nibbles are served among the specialty cocktails and chilled Champagne. Warm spring rolls are plump with vegetables and perfect for dipping into the tangy hoisin sauce. Ahi tuna poke studded with chiles and sesame seeds stylishly arrives atop four spoons. The signature starter is Jade's own version of Vietnam's green papaya salad.
