| At Jake’s corporate headquarters for this small but growing operation, the house-made ice creams that form the foundation of the company's reputation are produced. But the public may also come and buy here. A continually rotating menu of ice creams and sorbets includes a strong-flavored coffee, Kenya AA, with ground coffee blended into it. Use it in an espresso malted for a real coffee overdose. For low-fat treats, look for the fruit sorbets; mango tastes like real mango. And the soy "ice cream" with coconut will appeal to anyone, whether avoiding dairy or not. Kids like "Animal Crackers" just for the name. |
