Executive chef Jasper Mirabile, Jr., prepares regional Italian fare, primarily with a classic Tuscan and Sicilian bent that nods to his heritage. Campo Lindo chickens are the foundation for his signature pollo involtini. JJ, as he's affectionately known, will delight and indulge you with a rousing carbonara. And if you've ever wondered just how the mozzarella is fashioned, watch Mirabile's magic in action as he kneads the cheese tableside. A little olive oil, a kiss of basil and perfecto. Three signature desserts---chocolate tartufo, affogato and cannoli gelato---belong on the short list for anyone with a sweet tooth.
