Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q Restaurant Review: In the world of barbecue, Southern style, when sitting down to a large platter of pulled pork, nearly as important as the tender, succulent meat is the ever-present sides. Jim ’N Nick's does both quite well. Fluffy cheese biscuits launch the meal, but be sure to save room for one of the monstrous salads, a pulled pork platter or slathered-up racks of ribs. A successful, quality-driven barbecue corporation, Jim ’N Nick’s prides itself on a thoroughly “scratch made” menu. There’s plenty to choose from, even a Taco Tuesday. While some of the potato sides leave something to be desired, we do recommend the coleslaw and the baked beans. The barbecue is all smoked on premise.
