Johnnie's Charcoal Broiler Restaurant Review: Johnnie's burgers are made of freshly ground beef and are reminiscent of those cooked on a backyard grill. The popular Theta burger features the savory "Johnnie's Sauce" and the Caesar burger uses a secret Caesar dressing recipe that's prepared each morning by co-owner David Haynes. The cheeseburgers are topped with grated cheese instead of slices, which gives Johnnie's burgers a unique and satisfying texture. An order of the thickly sliced onion rings will easily serve two. After considering the large menu board and placing your order, help yourself to the bottles of condiments and a glass of ice water and utensils. Johnnie’s also offers grilled chicken, deli sandwiches, small salads and a veggie burger, pleasing those who are looking to branch out from burgers. Though some locations offer car-hop service, this location has walk-up carryout and an inside entrance to Johnnie's Gelato. |
