Start with an appetizer such as beer-battered onion rings or Jamaican jerk chicken wings. KC’s Classics include Texas beef brisket and North Carolina pulled pork barbecue. Burgers or a selection from the Sandwich Board is also an option. End the meal with Bourbon Street pecan pie or a root beer float. |
