THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kelly's Mission Rock Restaurant Review:

As those who remember the old Mission Rock know, all that remains of the original is one wooden deck jutting into the Bay. The newer building, shiny and aluminum, is split into two. However, downstairs, in the Dockside Café, the spirit of the old Mission Rock lives. You can get a pitcher of beer, a so-so basket of fish 'n' chips, burgers or garlic fries while you play pool or hang out on the deck and listen to live music. Topside is a completely different concept and much more expensive than downstairs. There has been turnover in the kitchen and we've found that the pizzazz has dwindled a bit.
