Ken's Artisan Pizza Restaurant is one of our 2011 Top 40 Cheap Eats in the US.
 You almost certainly will wait for a table at Ken's Artisan Pizza, as it doesn't take reservations. But if it’s ever worth standing in line for pizza, it’s worth it here. Plus the turnover is usually fairly fast---the wood-fired oven is blisteringly hot and the pies cook in just a couple of minutes. The rustic setting has a wood-beamed ceiling and furniture recycled from an historic roller coaster, and there’s a convivial, neighborhood vibe as customers freely debate the relative merits of anchovy versus olive. Don’t miss the seasonal array of salads and the oft-changing roasted vegetable plate. For dessert, try something hot from the oven, such as a rhubarb crisp or a house-made gelato. And to drink, it's Italian wine, of course.
