THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kerrigan's Pub Restaurant Review

: Westhampton has slowly gentrified over the past several decades, but Main Street's Magic's Pub had always been a mainstay. It was taken over by Dee Perfido of Pleasant Ave. Café and The Restaurant at the Inn at Quogue, and Kerrigan's Pub is an updated version of the old town favorite. A simplified menu features pub grub like burgers as well as a good selection of beers. The front room is ideal for Main Street people-watching, while the back room, with five flat-screen TVs and space for a DJ, may become the new hot-spot in town, whether it's to watch the game or dance the night away.

Never going back here
by kpinz17 on Mon Aug 27, 2012 3:50 pm
My boyfriend and I had just moved to Westhampton and his sister and brother in law decided to come visit us the 3rd week of us being here. We had been to Margarittaville for drinks and decided to try Kerrigans Pub. We ordered 4 shots, 2 tequillas and 2 Jamesons. When we asked for the bill, we were so p***ed off to find that 1 shot was $10! $40 for 4 shots? We are not in Manhatten, nor South or East Hampton but Westhampton with many working class families. We decided to leave right away and have decided to never go back. Actually sucks for them because in the long run they miss out on more money coming from us being that we live here year round. Not a good way to do business!
Kerrigan Irish Pub? What a joke.
by Jakels on Wed May 30, 2012 3:02 pm
This Pub is an insult to the community. The burgers a standard and they charge for such exotic extras such as lettuce and ketchup. The beer choices are terrible Corona, Guinness, bud all in a can. You know you're doing something wrong when your beer list can easily be out down by the Rite Aide down the street. They took over just over a year ago and I was optimistic that at last Westhampton would finely have a place to have a few pints but sadly this is not the case. The only reason I ever go in is that there is no other option this maybe the reason for this pitiful dive. They call it an Irish Pub, which should be revoked because I'm pretty sure every other Irish pub in the world has at least one beer on tap. Considering the plethora of amazing local brews floating around long island this is the height of laziness. The only hope that the next time they go and pick up some beer to re stock the shelves the can look passed the cheapest thing possible and pick out something drinkable.
Really Good Food

I don't typically write on these websites, but I just discovered this place.
I have been looking for a reasonably priced and well rounded menu in the Hamptons for the longest time and I finally found it.
I found this place because I was asking around and someone suggested trying it because it is under new management.
I also found out they hired a new Chef over the Winter, which I am told has made a world of difference.
I had the taco salad and the chicken wings. My friend had a burger.
The food was great. I mean really great.
This is going to be the new place this summer for sure.
There is a full bar too.
Just wanted to share this new find.
