THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kyo-ya Restaurant Review:
You can go to this stylish Japanese restaurant either for a full lunch or dinner or simply stick to sushi. The sushi option is more expensive, but we think worth the splurge. The sea urchin roe is an exquisite treat if you have the taste for it; you'll also find fresh yellowtail and tuna belly. The grilled butterfish with soybean sauce is a favorite for lunch or dinner. Service is professional, but the restaurant's atmosphere it is cold and businesslike, unlike what you'll find in the friendlier, family-owned neighborhood sushi venues that dot the city. However, this is definitely one of the city's finest.
