Las Canteras Restaurant Review:
Dressy and pricey, this restaurant offers diminutive portions of Peruvian fare. You’ll find the papas a la huancaina properly flavored, and the chicken in a yellow chile sauce fine, especially with the quinoa, a traditional Peruvian grain, as a good foil for the rest of the meal. But the highpoint of the dinner may well be the totally exotic chocolate cake made with dark chocolate, quinoa and honey.
