This château-restaurant is immune to the hustle-bustle of the city (it lies behind the walls of a pretty estate), the whims of fashion, and the woes of recession. Arnaud Lallement uses nothing but the finest ingredients and can whip up wonderfully flavorful sauces to go along with them. Superb choice of wines, commented by a smiling, seasoned steward.
