Late Harvest Kitchen Restaurant Review: Handsome dark wood beams, a stately fireplace and charming courtyard for outdoor seating greet guests out for an upscale dining experience. Feel free to ask the servers questions about the seasonal menu that features small plate appetizers of shaved Brussels sprout salad and caviar pie. The big plates side of the menu has such favorites as pork cheeks accompanied with shiitake mushroom risotto and North African vegetable tagine with couscous, feta, charmoula and apricot chutney, as well as a hearty rib-eye steak and fresh halibut. Sides include roasted vegetables with garlic confit or hand-cut fries with bone marrow butter and jalapeños. Wine selections are adequate and suggestions are offered. For dessert, it’s the sticky pudding that keeps diners returning.
