About the restaurant: Enjoy a romantic prix-fixe meal at Latil's Landing Restaurant, located in the circa-1700s French Provincial house on the grounds of the Houmas House Plantation and Gardens. (The stately homes are in Darrow, about 60 miles outside of New Orleans.)
Food & Drinks: Select from Cajun/Creole-inspired dishes such as Abita beer-battered shrimp and grits, pork belly cassoulet and coffee-marinated rack of lamb with cherry tomato confit and a sweet potato cake. Finish with classic desserts like bananas Foster or white chocolate bread pudding. Wine pairings are also available. Other dining options at Houmas House include The Carriage House.
