The other hook: the ingredients are organic, local and sustainable when possible. Breakfast pastries, yogurt and granola are part of the first round of eats; later in the day, soups, sandwiches, salads and veggie tarts appeal to the health-conscious in us all. It’s a splendid way to pass the time, especially if you are seated at the communal table for 20. You’ll get to know your neighbors mighty fast.
