Lee's Hamburgers Restaurant Review: Lee’s Hamburgers was founded in the Central Business District of New Orleans in 1901, and now is a local burger institution that has expanded to the 'burbs with franchisees. The ample two-handers are still made from beef that is ground daily at all Lee's locations, then embedded with chopped onions that caramelize as the meat cooks slowly. Don’t look for atmosphere, as tables and chairs nearly constitute “frills” in these places. This unit also serves breakfast until 10 a.m. |
