 The Lodge offers straightforward American cuisine done remarkably well, and with a locally grown touch. Starters include the lava rock-seared venison with green apple, and Pacific moi carpaccio with lime-sesame crème fraîche. Among the evening features are oven-roasted Colorado lamb loin with roasted baby artichokes and tomato confit ragoût, whole Maine lobster with osetra caviar, and grilled dry-aged tenderloin with truffled mashed potatoes. A comprehensive wine selection and wood-burning fireplace enhance the intimacy of this classic Americana lodge.
