Lucky Labrador Brew Pub Restaurant Review: This quintessential Portland spot caters to microbrew fans, avid cyclists, and a politically-minded crowd looking for hearty discussion over pints of Hawthorne’s Best Bitter. Housed in a converted warehouse, it's the kind of funky, casual place where everyone feels at home---children and dogs are equally welcome. The pooches find water bowls and seating alongside their owners on the covered patio. Kids enjoy big bowls of peanuts and pretzels. Ask the knowledgeable barkeep for tastes of the house-made microbrews before making a selection because they vary dramatically. In addition to the predictable pub-style sandwiches, the menu also offers bento bowls with tasty curry sauces.
