Owner Michael Chiang has been preparing Mandarin Chinese delicacies at this location for more than 21 years. The menu is huge, but the most popular dishes are still aromatic shrimp and Peking duck prepared in the traditional manner. More adventurous dishes include Chilean sea bass and honey pine-nut shrimp. The wine list features 60 labels plus wines by the glass.
