Mark's Feed Store Restaurant Review

: The original location of Mark's Feed Store is housed in a cinder block building that formerly was a livestock feed store, hence the name. All outposts are festooned with metal signs advertising foodstuffs for pigs, chicken and cattle. Smoked pork, chicken and beef dominate the menu and all are used for thick, tender sandwiches that are best dressed with Mark’s tangy, mustard-based sauce. Ribs come already sauced, which may or may not be to your taste. Fried onion straws, especially flavorful potato salad, and pork-seasoned green beans are recommended accompaniments. Save room for a slice of the homemade buttermilk pie. Be aware that Tuesdays are “Kids Eat Free” nights. No spirits are served, but there’s beer, wine and soft drinks. Other locations.
