| Matterhorn is fondue central: nine kinds are available, served in traditional style with a bubbling pot of oil and broth and accompanied by side dishes and condiments. But there is more to life here than fondue. We love the fish, poultry and veal dishes, particularly the julienned veal with mushrooms. For dessert, try the rich chocolate fondue. The interior appointments are all Swiss-manufactured. Alpine scenes are painted on glass panes that divide the dining rooms. |
