Matts' Rotisserie & Oyster Lounge Restaurant Review: This well-managed, pleasant restaurant is a joint project of Seattle natives Matt Fleck and chef Chris Matthew Hill. The setting is laid back enough to accommodate friends out for a bite, and suitably sophisticated for date nights and business dinners. Appetizers include fresh-shucked oysters, of course, but also spicy Buffalo wings and a prawn and avocado pizza. The wood-fired rotisserie turns out crispy salt-and-pepper chicken and slow-roasted prime rib and rack of pork. Seafood and Argentinean street tacos are available, too. Rotating dinner specials have ranged from Cajun jambalaya to grilled king salmon served with three-cheese polenta. A well-priced regional wine list offers selections by the glass and bottle. For dessert, we recommend the bittersweet Belgian chocolate soufflé, Snicker’s pie, or apple cobbler with warm caramel sauce. A kids’ menu offers plenty of options.
