About the restaurant: Located on the Long Branch waterfront, MAYA at The Wave Resort features outdoor seating overlooking the ocean.
Food & Drinks: Chef Nina Clemente created a menu inspired by her Southern Italian heritage and the Mediterranean coastline. Guests may encounter such dishes as spiced romanesco steak with beluga lentils and chimichurri; branzino with asparagus salsa verde, asparagus and sunflower sprouts); and za'atar lamb chops with Israeli salad and herb tahini.
