| Pizzas at “The 'Shroom” may be crowned with an array of toppings, such as spinach, tofu and broccoli, along with meats that are cooked in-house, giving the pie fan with health in mind a break from the standards (which are available as well). No sugar is added to either the pizza dough or to the sauces. The house special pizza is composed with a grab bag of sundry ingredients; more classical is the version with pesto sauce and mozzarella. This location serves slices until 3 p.m. daily. Some 40 beers are offered on draught and about a half dozen wines are available by the glass. Not in the mood for pizza? Sandwiches may be constructed with whole-grain breads and most may be ordered in half versions, a real convenience. Other locations. |
