It’s easy to understand why the public likes this corner so much, as it is very visually appealing, with huge racks of fresh-baked bread (we recommend the brioche loaf) and display cases of muffins, cinnamon rolls and desserts. You order cafeteria-style, looking at each tasty possibility before deciding. Sandwiches are available in the traditional style, in mini versions (good for pairing with a cup of soup or a small salad) and grilled. The best of them all is the chicken pesto baguette, with tomatoes, arugula and pesto mayonnaise. As for salads, we suggest the you-pick-them salad trio, and the pizzas can be ordered half or whole. Corner Bakery also offers good breakfasts, and even has toasters on the condiment bar so you can toast your bread exactly how you like it.
