Firewood Cafe Restaurant Review:

Firewood encompasses two elements that usually don't go together: a well-appointed interior and reasonable prices. The limited menu features well-prepared salads, pizza, pasta and chicken. In exchange for the bargain prices, you order at the counter and a runner then brings the food to the table. We recommend the fire-roasted potatoes, redolent of garlic and herbs; the citrus-stuffed baked chicken; and any of the pasta dishes. Frequent fliers may recognize Firewood Cafe locations at both SFO and Oakland airports.
