From the group behind The Pony and Lotties comes this chill, lodge-like hang --- all wood beams, exposed brick and fireplace lit, with a stuffed grizzly bear. Brian Jupiter (Bella Lounge, Narcisse) is in the kitchen, and he’s turning out not just an impressive array of oysters raw and cooked, but also game-centric dishes good for pairing with creative cocktails and craft beers. Whether you settle on beet carpaccio, crab-crusted striped bass or lollipop wings, expect to share. There's a notable house charcuterie program as well, featuring finds like rabbit and dried apricot sausage. Groups should plan ahead and order spit-roasted, full animal feasts, which serve up to 15. And do grab a seat on the sweeping patio come summer.
