Vapiano Restaurant Review:

A unique buffet-style restaurant with ample seating for a sit-down meal, Vapiano offers three main food stations --- antipasti, salads and pasta --- with a bar area and a place to pick up a limited selection of Italian-style desserts. The kitchen turns many Italian classics into American-friendly dishes, from a bruschetta trio of roasted ciabatta topped with several different savories to spicy shrimp and orange fennel salad to pastas from classic Italian to internationally inspired. Upon entering, diners are handed a “charge” card, allowing them to wander around and pick their dishes of the day. After placing an order, the card is marked and the meal is paid for upon exiting. It’s an easy and affordable way to eat in or out in a very casual manner and not be short-changed on flavors, textures and choices.
