Great Wine List* Click here for rating key
The multi-level, fashionable, Texas-meets-Euro-country-interior, lots of leather couches, wide wood plank flooring and soothing lighting is the right setting for perusing the tome of a wine list with wines from around the world. If that's too much reading, ask one of the mostly well-trained staff members to pick a flight of three-ounce pours and take off from there. Though the focus is on the wine, the food gets plenty of attention. Start off with a classic dish of juicy, plump mussels in white wine, then move on to a filet mignon infused with rosemary and top it all off with Valrhona chocolate mousse and a glass of port.
