The Miller's Table Restaurant Review:

The Miller's Table is the brainchild of chef, wine expert and owner Staci Miller, who has further elevated the culinary scene in Oceanside. The café is anchored by a massive wooden communal table where you'll find diners enjoying flights of rosé or Paso reds while Miller herself explains the nuances of the wines she's carefully selected. Cheese boards and charcuterie pair nicely, but the menu is also filled with farm fresh items like cumin-scented garbanzos, Brussels leaves in Caesar-inspired aïoli and hand-torn salads. The Today Menu rotates with sandwiches on Prager Brothers homemade bread, like short rib with grilled radicchio or vegan-friendly portobello mushroom with arugula and mustard aïoli. The tuna sandwich is built with albacore confited in olive oil then mixed with preserved lemon and baby celery, and laid on artisan bread smeared with black olive pesto and decorated with butter lettuce and Kumato tomatoes. Gouda with sage and apples comprises a specialty grilled cheese. Service is low-fi and friendly while also attentive. Guests are invited to slow down and savor the small bites, while expanding their wine IQs.
